The University of Nottingham has an exciting MOU with Panjab University - here I am making the most of this opportunity at an IBRO sponsored research school on Mitochondria in Neurodegeneration followed by the annual meeting of the Indian Acadamy of Neuroscience.
Lisa Chakrabarti is Professor of Mitochondrial Biology at the University of Nottingham. Her interdisciplinary research examines how mitochondrial function shapes health, disease and adaptation, with particular interests in ageing, neurodegeneration, cellular metabolism and organisms living in extreme environments.
