June was a good time to go and look at the bats again up in Yorkshire. Baby bats are born in June and here are photos of some being hand-reared by Maggie our registered bat handler colleague. Hopefully with all the special care they are getting these will survive and go on to live happy and super loooong lives! Warming up. Amazing adaptation for a mammal. Baby bats!
